The people behind Innitor

Robbie Cronin
Founder & Principal

Robbie Cronin

I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where I maintain open source security tools in Brendan Burns' Cloud Native org. Copa (Copacetic), a container patching tool I maintain through the CNCF, is used by thousands of companies. Before Microsoft, I was at TikTok/ByteDance working on platforms serving 600M+ users.

I have a Master's in Computer Science from Georgia Tech (machine learning specialization) and a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Queensland.

I started Innitor because I kept seeing the same problem. Founders with real domain expertise, real traction, and real funding, but no one in their corner who actually understands the engineering. They'd cycle through contractors and agencies, burn through runway, and end up with code that breaks under load and can't pass an audit.

I bridge the gap between what founders need and what their technical teams deliver. I've led a company through ISO 27001 certification, cut infrastructure costs by 60%, and built a real-time AI platform with crisis detection for a mental health startup in regulated healthcare. I work across architecture review, compliance prep, and fractional CTO engagements.
